Capturing the wild, through a living lens.

Hi, I'm Jemma Wild. An emotive safari-travel photographer and videographer who sees the world through my passion: safari-life. I've become the go-to-girl of luxury safari content by some of the top luxury lodges in Africa, having been hired to capture their stories, and show off their locations from an "emotive" perspective – always leading with mindful approach to the most bucket list industry in the world.
From Fashion and Beauty Editor turned digital strategist, turned safari-travel content producer, photographer and for lack of a better way to describe it, safari-travel influencer, I've helped 100s of ultra-luxury properties uncover their unique feeling through intimately captured content. Being able to see my clients gain a higher engagement in bookings and present themselves to the world through a more modern approach to photography; is my strategic approach, but seeing clients connect with these spaces is what I do best... say hello to mindful marketing.

I'm FGASA level 1 Qualified - it's not enough to capture this industry from the surface, I capture it from it's heart.
-
I'm horse mad - My favourite safari's are often from the back of a horse.

“Great photography is about depth of feeling, not depth of field.”
Photographing your space is not a once-size-fits all approach - finding "your" story and communicating that through a visual experience is what I do. I often get asked, "How do you make my lodge stand out?" It's about connecting to your space - it's not enough to push out the same safari formula, I find the details, that unique narrative that unlocks your experience.
